Returns and Exchanges
When you place an order here at top10prom.com, we send your order to your nearest Top 10 Prom store. They will handle it completely, including processing payment, shipping, and any returns.
For any questions about store policies, dresses, styles, pricing and availability contact your closest Top 10 Prom store.
If you purchased your dress through top10prom.com and your Top 10 Prom affiliate store processed your order, you must handle your returns and refunds with them directly. Top10prom.com cannot process any returns for orders that were processed by an affiliate store.
If you purchased your dress through top10prom.com and it was handled by top10prom.com, it is not registered at your local store.
Top10prom.com happily offers exchanges and returns for shopping credit, or in some cases a refund in accordance with our Returns Policy. Most of our products are returnable for a future credit and some may be eligible for our new refund policy. You are required to acknowledge having read our Returns Policy before placing an order.
If you have received your dress from top10prom.com and need to return it for an exchange or refund, follow these steps carefully to make sure we are able to give you the best possible service. This only applies to orders we have processed directly, NOT to orders processed by the local Top 10 Prom store.
- Returning your dress for credit with Top 10 Prom online:
- You may return your dress to us and receive credit towards a replacement dress. Your credit will be the cost of the dress minus all shipping and handling fees. You may only use the credit at top10prom.com.
- Refund/Cancellation:
- There is a 30% restocking fee for all returns/cancellations for refunds (shipping and handling charges are not refunded). So, your refund will include the cost of your dress minus 30% and shipping and handling charges.
Cancelling an order after it has been processed (card charge, dress pulled from stock, and confirmation sent to customer) will qualify for the same refund as a return.
Please note: One exchange is allowed per order.
You have 3 days starting with the day your dress was delivered to follow these steps. Example: if your dress was delivered on Thursday, you must have followed the steps and shipped the dress back by the following Monday (3 business days). All sales are considered final at that time.
Exchanges:
If you need your dress exchanged for another size, we will send your replacement once your dress has been received by our returns department if a replacement is available. If the new size is not available, you will receive a credit to apply to a replacement dress.
All current season dresses except for sale/discounted dresses or clearance/closeouts are eligible for refunds less shipping costs within the 3 days from delivery exchange/returns policy. There is a 30% restocking fee for all returns for refunds (shipping and handling charges are not refunded). Or, select a Shopping Credit which is issued for the full dress amount (less shipping and handling charges).
